Volunteer Positions


     Personal Shoppers - Assist with outfitting our young ladies with the perfect prom dress,       shoes, and accessories to make their prom dreams come true. Saturday, March 21, 2026, 8-4 p.m. 

 Inventory Organizers - Keep the dress racks organized. Restocks dresses after being
     tried on and sanitized. Organize and restock shoes and accessories. Assist
     with steaming and packaging dresses for check out. Saturday, March 21, 2026, 8-4 pm.        
        
     Boutique Day Set-Up - Assist with unpacking and displaying inventory. Prepare the 
     check in/check out stations, and volunteer food area. Set up will be on Friday, March 20,       2026, from 5-9 p.m.

     Boutique Day Breakdown - Assist with packing inventory and taking down displays.
     Clean up check in/check out stations, and food area. This will take place directly after
     Boutique Day ends on Saturday, March 21, 2026, 2-4 pm.

                          Volunteers are needed the most for 
                  Boutique Day Set-Up/Breakdown 

Male volunteers are needed to assist with loading/unloading the truck
   
      Alterations - We are in need of a seamstress to do minor alterations for our young
      ladies. Some experience is required. You are will need to bring your own sewing
      machines, supplies, and a big heart. 

Prom Genie II, Inc. will try to accommodate the position you select, However, your position may be changed to cover another position if needed. Feel free to volunteer both days.
